What does a successful Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations do?

A successful Senior Manager of Marketing Operations is instrumental in ensuring the effective execution and measurement of marketing campaigns while optimizing the utilization of marketing technology (MarTech) stack. They work closely with both Marketing and Revenue Operations leadership to provide strategic insights, optimize campaign operations, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Be a trusted, strategic thought-partner to both the Marketing and RevOps leadership team
  • Create and optimize campaign and lead lifecycle operations across marketing, sales and customer success, that drive team effectiveness
  • Ensure Marketing Ops team priorities are aligned and Marketing business objectives 
  • End-to-end project ownership for cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Guide and support the management, implementation, and troubleshooting of tech stack integrations such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Asana, etc.
  • Manage and build reports and dashboards that effectively measure marketing performance, partnering closely with business intelligence to provide key opportunity analysis
  • Lead processes and system changes to ensure compliance with email, privacy, and more

What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience in startup or growth-stage tech companies, with 1+ year(s) of team management experience
  • Proficiency in managing Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SMB SaaS marketing best practices.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Goal-oriented with project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in process optimization.

  • Experience working with small business restaurants
  • Experienced with Asana and Google Suite

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
